When she's not working, you'll find Sophia on the sidelines of her son's soccer games, swimming laps, or travelling with her pilot husband. A military spouse, she shares her home with two fur babies, Zeus and McKinley.

Based in Greenville, South Carolina, Karen brings more than two decades of HR and recruiting expertise to GOHRSolutions. She spent nearly 15 years with Direct Hire Recruiters building search pipelines and placing talent across industries, then 13 years managing operations at Marsh McLennan — and she's brought that range of experience with her to every client engagement.

Today she partners with our clients as a Human Resources Business Partner and Recruiter, listening carefully, working hard, and never losing sight of the human on the other side of every hire.

When she's off the clock, Karen is usually outdoors — on a trail, on the tennis court, or hanging out at home with her pup, Daisy Mae.
